Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

  • Insurance Pre-Licensing

Upon completing the required pre-licensing education program, applicants will be issued a Course Completion Certificate for each line of authority completed. This certificate is valid for a period of 180 calendar days, and the corresponding state exam must be successfully completed during this period. Applicants will not be admitted to the state exam without the original, unaltered course completion certificate(s) for each corresponding line of authority. If a student is taking a combined exam, they will need to submit two course completion certificates (one for each line of authority).

  • Insurance Continuing Education

Webinar courses are essentially classroom courses, classified as distance learning. No tests are required. Our webinar courses are also valid for Ohio CPA’s CEU requirements (Sponsor – CPE.276)

Self-study courses do require the completion of an exam with a passing score of 70%.
